What does your job involve?
I’m responsible for driving sales growth in the UK and North America through both Business Partners and direct channels. I focus on sectors that align with the Groups’ strategy to expand beyond our core business and seek new opportunities in challenging verticals across multiple jurisdictions.
What spurs you on each day?
New opportunities to expand or core business and provide solutions that are truly valuable to the end customer. It is exciting to watch our company evolve day to day which creates a very dynamic environment in which to work.
Would you advise a friend to apply for a job at Econocom?
Econocom supports entrepreneurial spirit and enterprise which is uncommon in many organizations of this size. We have a small company atmosphere supported by a Global Corporation. I would suggest to any potential candidate that the opportunities at Econocom are extensive, varied and rewarding if one is inclined to take the initiative.
Could you tell us a little anecdote to illustrate your work at Econocom?
Econocom allows me the freedom to pursue new opportunities in a way that would be discouraged in other institutions. We can move with the market and technology. As an example, the Audio Visual industry is trending towards as-a-service solutions driven by client demand to provide alternative ways to finance projects.
